1st - 6th grade students interested in participating in the Elementary Science Fair need to return the proposal form to Mrs. Sturdevant by Friday, February 15th. The Project Guide can be found on the school website under RH Elem-Menu-Documents or picked up in the office.
Ms. Ackerman's 5th grade! If your child wants to create a Valentines box for our party (2/14), they may do so! We won't make them at school but they can bring one in as they please. I'll be sending a note home with all students' names for Valentines the next time I see the kids!
After-school tutoring is cancelled for all elementary students at Rich Hill R-IV Elementary School. Road conditions are still decent but the temperature could drop, resulting in freezing rain later this afternoon.

Kindergarteners are leaning about shapes and attributes of shapes. After recess, they each found vertices to sit on! Then they found the circle!

Kindergarten - 6th grade students traveled to Nevada on Thursday to watch “The Grinch” for their reward of reaching 10,000 AR points by the end of the 1st semester! Awesome job, kids!!! We are so proud of the great job you all are doing practicing your reading skills and becoming super readers!
Ms. Ackerman's class did a STEM project, their job was to redesign Santa's Sleigh and make sure it could hold 5 presents! They were only allowed to use a certain list of supplies!! 🎅

Mrs. Jennings’ class put their science skills to the test making gumdrop Christmas trees! It was a super fun, super sticky mess!
Marble Run Fun in 6th grade! Students built a marble run with 5 obstacles. They had a blast running marbles through the courses.
Students were visited by Santa Monday morning during breakfast time!
