Rich Hill R-IV was awarded $50,000 in grant money from the governor's office to improve school security. We will use this grant to upgrade many of our cameras from analog to digital, upgrade the software to allow coordination with law enforcement, add videophone buzzers at certain exterior entrances to keep the building secure, and eliminate blind spots in coverage. A camera system will be added at the stadium to cover the old gym and football field. In addition to the grant money, the district continues to improve safety using local funds as well in other identified areas. See the governor's announcement:
